These terms govern the use of the Prix de l'Or mobile app, published by Almasia Ventures SAS (see Legal notice). By using the app, you accept these terms.

Prix de l'Or is a free mobile app that lets you:

• view the reference price of raw 18-carat gold in Morocco, expressed in dirhams per gram;
• view price history over different periods;
• create custom price alerts (account required);
• receive notifications when a price threshold is reached.

The app is available free of charge on iOS and Android.

Some features require creating a free account:

• viewing history beyond 7 days;
• creating and managing price alerts (maximum 10 alerts per account).

Account creation is done by email address with verification via a one-time code.

The displayed prices come from reference market data sources and reflect the price of raw 18-carat gold on the Moroccan market.

These prices are provided for information purposes only.

They do not constitute an offer to buy or sell, nor financial or investment advice. Raw gold prices do not reflect the price of finished jewelry, which includes the artisan's work, the seller's margin and other factors.

Almasia Ventures does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time availability of the displayed prices.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion is permanent. To learn more about what happens to your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Almasia Ventures takes reasonable steps to ensure the proper functioning of the app. However:

• the service may be temporarily unavailable for technical or maintenance reasons;
• prices may be delayed or unavailable if the data source fails;
• the app displays the last known data when the connection is unavailable.

Almasia Ventures cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown in the app.

The Prix de l'Or app, its design, code and content are the property of Almasia Ventures SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These terms may be changed at any time. The version in force is the one accessible from the app.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
