Delete your account

In the app (recommended)

Deletion is immediate:

1. 1.Open the Gold Price app and sign in.
2. 2.Tap your profile at the top of the screen, then "Settings".
3. 3.At the bottom of the screen, tap "Delete account".
4. 4.Confirm the deletion.

Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

By email (if you no longer have access to the app)

Send your request to dpo@almasiaventures.com from the email address associated with your account, mentioning "Gold Price account deletion".

Your request will be processed within the time limits set by Law No. 09-08.

What data is deleted?

• your email address and account identifier;
• your price alerts and preferences (language, notifications, marketing consents);
• devices registered for notifications (including push tokens).

The technical installation record is retained in anonymized form (detached from your account) for statistical purposes. Some data may be retained longer when required by law. For more details, see our privacy policy. Privacy policy
